Two more steampunk costumes here, one of which I am sewing up! I'm currently working on the airship costume, I've got the knickers done, the spats are in progress, I'm refinishing my modern goggles into steampunk goggles, and the armwarmers are done (Well, one pair. I'll most likely make more!). I've also got all the materials to do the rest.
I'm still just trying to figure out if I want it to have the high neck in front, or the deep V like a lady version of a tuxedo jacket! I have the fabric ready, I just won't start it until I can commit to a design. I have some other sketches of the jacket, I should scan them in as well - I did figure out that if I do the high neck, I can make a "breastplate" bit that I can button on, and I'd like to make it reversible, green brocade and brown suede. Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.

In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
